At Heritage Church, we believe the family is a God-given institution essential to both the church and society. At the heart of every family is marriage—the foundation upon which strong homes are built. Because of this, we value investing in and equipping couples to thrive in their relationships.

 

Although marriage is designed by the Lord for our good, it can be complex and often requires intentional care and guidance. Prepare and Enrich is a discipleship program created to strengthen and equip couples for marriage through biblical principles and practical tools. The program includes approximately twelve sessions and typically takes about three months to complete, depending on scheduling.

 

At Heritage Church, we also believe that marriage is a sacred covenant established by God and rooted in His design for humanity. We hold to a biblical perspective on marriage—that it is a lifelong union between one man and one woman. Marriage is more than a social contract; it is a spiritual covenant that reflects Christ’s relationship with His Church. Because of this, we seek to honor God’s design by encouraging couples to build their relationships on faith, love, and commitment grounded in Scripture.
